Dance Teacher Lauren

Lauren is our Dance teacher at JD. She teaches workshops and classes focusing on contemporary, floor work and flow styles of dance.

Lauren has been dancing from as far back as she can remember; from studying ballet in her preadolescence to graduating in 2018 from Edge Hill University with a BA (Hons) Dance. 

She has performed and trained in places such as London, New York and performed at several Music Festivals across the UK. 

Her inspirations are drawn from various disciplines, forms and styles including jazz, capoeira, contemporary and expressionist dance. 

As first time mother to a 2 year old it has become exceedingly difficult to find the time to practice; to fully tap into that place of focus and creative flow but she is excited to share her passion with others and perhaps reach this place together.
