Chinese Pole

WHAT IS CHINESE POLE?

​

It is a 5 metre high minimum height pole that is covered in a thick rubber.

You can perform similar moves on standard pole but with the chinese pole you can fully wear clothes as the rubber sleeve on the chinese pole is sticky.

Also a lot of tricks and dynamic moves can be performed on the chinese pole.

Our Chinese Pole Courses run in 5 week cycles
